Process of recovery

1. Deliver the medium „Leave It Up To Specialists“

You can deliver your medium:

  • In Person to our local office.
  • By messenger.
  • By post.

3. Data rescue „We Do All For Your Satisfaction“

After the price and duration of data recovery is set we start rescuing your data. Should you not be happy with the set time, you can choose our express service. If time is not so important and you are more concerned with the price, you can choose the EcoHelp regime. Unless you set the regime, the standard regime DataHelp will be used.

4. Revision of recovered data „Trust, But Verify“

After successful data recovery you have the option to check and select data before we start to copy it onto a new storage medium. We send you a file list by e-mail and you can check whether the recovered data is what you want.

5. Copy „Data Is Already Spilling Over“ „Finishing Straight!”

After checking and/or selecting the data we start copying the data to a specific medium. We provide up to two CDs and/or DVDs free of charge. If you prefer to have you data copied onto a hard disc and you do not have one at your disposal you can order one on the form or by phone.

6. Recovered data delivery „You Have It In Your Pocket“ „Already Safe“

After checking and/or selecting the data we start copying the data to a specific medium. We provide up to two CDs and/or DVDs free of charge. If you prefer to have you data copied onto a hard disc and you do not have one at your disposal you can order one on the form or by phone.

7. Payment „The Best In The End“

  • Bank transfer
    Following your order you can choose to pay for our services by bank transfer. There is a standard 14 day due date from the invoice date of issue. For our partners with a consigned partnership agreement, an invoice with 14 day due payment is automatic.
  • Cash
    When picking up the media in person you can pay in cash.
  • Credit Card (VISA, Maestro, Master Card)
    We also accept credit cards when picking up the media in person
  • Cash on delivery
    If your data is being sent by post or messenger, payment can be made cash on delivery.
