We are DataHelp s.r.o., specializing in data recovery from all types of storage media. With over 25 years of experience and state-of-the-art technology, we help our customers safely recover their lost data. Whether it's a damaged hard drive, SSD, RAID array or mobile device, we are here to provide you with reliable and professional solutions. The company was founded by Mgr. Štěpán Mikeš and Aleš Wagner with the aim of providing professional and reliable services in data recovery and restoration. Since our inception, we have focused on a wide range of devices, from memory cards and mobile phones through hard drives to demanding systems such as RAID arrays.

We regularly invest in state-of-the-art technologies to provide top-tier data recovery services. We collaborate with technology leader ACELab Europe and use tools like PC-3000, which allow us to perform firmware-level interventions and handle complex data recovery cases from hard drives and RAID arrays. For mobile device data recovery, we use professional tools from Cellebrite and Mobile Edit. For recovery from damaged USB drives and memory cards, we use Visual NAND Reconstructor from Rusolut. When handling platters of damaged drives, we use laminar flow boxes ensuring a controlled environment necessary for maximum recovery success. Our facility is equipped for advanced soldering – from micro-soldering and hot air stations to IR soldering and rework stations, complemented by high-resolution microscopes. Using CAD software, we design custom fixtures for handling mechanical parts of drives, which we manufacture using 3D printing. We also develop our own software for data sorting and verification and a case management system. Thanks to an extensive warehouse with over 10,000 unique parts – from the oldest 20MB MFM drives to the latest 20TB drives – we can significantly shorten data recovery time.
