We are DataHelp s.r.o., a company specialising in data recovery from all types of storage devices. Our laboratory has been operating since 1998, and our team has more than 35 years of experience (since 1990). Combined with state-of-the-art technology, this lets us recover our customers' lost data safely. Whether it's a damaged hard drive, SSD, RAID array or phone, we provide reliable, professional solutions. The company was founded by Mgr. Štěpán Mikeš and Aleš Wagner to provide professional, reliable data recovery. From the start we have worked with a wide range of devices – from memory cards and phones to hard drives and complex RAID systems.

We invest regularly in state-of-the-art technology to provide first-class data recovery. We work closely with ACELab Europe, a technology leader, and use tools such as the PC-3000, which let us work at firmware level and handle complex recoveries from hard drives and RAID arrays. For phone data recovery we use professional tools from Cellebrite and MOBILedit. For damaged USB flash drives and memory cards we use Rusolut's Visual NAND Reconstructor. Damaged drives are opened only in laminar flow boxes, which provide the dust-free environment needed for the best chance of success. Our lab is equipped for advanced soldering – from micro-soldering and hot air stations to IR soldering and rework stations – complemented by high-resolution microscopes. We use CAD software to design custom fixtures for handling mechanical drive parts, which we then 3D-print. We also develop our own software for sorting and verifying data, as well as our own case management system. Our extensive stock of more than 10,000 unique parts – from the oldest 20 MB MFM drives to the latest 20 TB drives – lets us significantly shorten recovery times.
