Important: if your hard drive makes unusual noises (clicking, squealing) or your SSD is not recognised by the system, turn the device off immediately and contact us. Continued use can cause irreversible damage to your data.
Register your case free of charge, then send the device with any carrier you choose or drop it off in person in Prague. Optional insured DPD pickup costs €45.
Diagnostics establish whether recovery is feasible and what it will cost, and we let you know the result. If you decide not to proceed, we can dispose of the device free of charge or return it by courier for €25, or you can collect it in Prague free of charge. If recovery isn't possible, return or disposal is free.
As soon as you approve the price and the estimated completion date, we start recovering your data.
We email you a list of the recovered files so you can confirm that it contains exactly what you need.
We agree on where to save the recovered data and how to deliver it: you can borrow a drive from us, provide your own, or download the data from our secure server.
You can pay by bank transfer, by card or in cash when you collect in person, or cash on delivery when we ship by courier.
Top priority, with continuous work including weekends and public holidays.

Drives fail for many reasons – mechanical damage to a hard drive, an SSD electronics failure, a RAID array collapsing after several drives fail, accidental deletion or a ransomware attack. Every case is different. Careful diagnostics and choosing the right approach significantly increase the chances of a successful recovery.
