Submitting a case and sending the device yourself does not incur a pickup charge. Optional insured DPD pickup costs €45 and is non-refundable. Recovery starts only after you approve the binding quote. If you decline a feasible recovery, return by courier costs €25; disposal or personal collection in Prague is free.
