After your approval
You only pay for a successful recovery — no data, no fee. The €45 pickup + diagnostics fee is separate and non-refundable. If recovery isn't possible, we return or dispose of your media free of charge. If you decline a feasible recovery, return by courier costs €25 (or free disposal, or free pickup in Prague).

Diagnostics includes initial media assessment – we determine the type and extent of damage and based on that we tell you whether data recovery is possible and how much it will cost. Pickup + diagnostics costs €45. For personal delivery, diagnostics is free.
Standard time is 5-10 business days. For urgent cases we offer express service (24-48 hours) with a surcharge.
